Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the start of class. After that window, refunds are not available.
Because our classes are intentionally small and hands-on, spots fill quickly. Notifying us early allows us to offer your space to another artist.
Make-ups are not available for one-time workshops or single-session classes if missed. For multi-session series, make-ups must occur within the same course cycle, as sessions cannot be made up once the course ends.

Family Canvas Painting Hour (Ages 4–12)

1 Session | 1 Hour | $30
A playful canvas painting session for young artists and their families.

“Create in a Day” Canvas Painting Class for Teens and Adults (13+)
Saturday at 1:30pm | Offered Twice Monthly
1 Session | 2 Hours | $55
A beginner-friendly workshop exploring acrylic painting, spray paint, and/or paint markers in one creative session.

Canvas Painting Open Studio (Returning Students Only)
Tuesday at 5:00pm and Wednesday at 12:00pm
1 Session | 2.5 Hours | $35
Independent studio time for practicing skills and continuing projects.
Prerequisite: Completion of an Amapola Arts Canvas Painting Class or demonstrated equivalent experience (minimum ~1 year recent practice).
Those without prior Amapola Arts experience must complete a brief studio orientation before their first session.

Canvases and non-acrylic painting materials must be provided by the artist

Shared studio environment
Studio support is available for questions only (no instruction). Independent work is required—those unable to do so may be asked to leave without a refund.
2.5 hours work time + 30 minutes clean-up.
Open Studio Session Passes
Flexible studio time without weekly commitment.

5 Sessions — $165 (valid for 3 months)

10 Sessions — $300 (valid for 6 months)
Passes may be stored on your phone or a physical card.
Shelf space is reserved for active Open Studio participants. Members who have not attended Open Studio for 60 consecutive days may be contacted regarding any work or materials remaining on their shelf.
